Just yesterday, Sean Rasmussen released a free ebook in pdf format titled “The Secret Law of Attraction: The Road to Universal Wealth”.
Sean did something interesting with this one… he took the classic “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace D. Wattles [audio] [pdf] [online] and modernized it for us.
In my opinion, did a great job of it.
Wallace Wattles first wrote the book near the beginning of the 20th century, and things have changed quite a bit since then. But the principles the book outlines are timeless, and I really appreciate the care that Sean took in maintaining the original teaching, while making the presentation a bit easier for the modern reader to understand.
I have to admit… when I first started reading the book, I was a little uncomfortable. I wasn’t so sure how this was going to go – my precious “Science of Getting Rich” was being bastardized!
But then I thought to myself… isn’t that the very reason that I’ve left many of the organizations that I used to be a member of? Because of their “fundamentalist, only one way” mode of thinking?
So I continued to read… and I’m a better person for it.
