When I decided to start adding podcasts to this site, the first that came to mind was Rick Cockrum’s weekly podcast from Shards of Consciousness. I’ve been listening to Rick (and reading Shards) for quite a while now - his clarity, honesty, and creativity teach and inspire me. I highly recommend this one… it really will teach you “how to be the you that you really are.”
