One of the emails that I look forward to receiving each weekday are my personalized Notes from the Universe, written by Mike Dooley and sent by the company he founded, TUT (Totally Unique Thoughts).
Here’s a recent example:
A question to ask yourself each morning, Lyman, that really lights fires, gongs bells, and summons resources is, “What little, mortal, baby steps can I take today that will demonstrate expectancy, prepare for my dream’s manifestation, and above all, place me within reach of life’s magic?”
Please, Lyman, ask this question, and then answer it with those little, baby steps, even when they’re sometimes the same steps you took yesterday. I promise you, you’ll go down in history as a giant among your kind.
It’s never too late,
The Universe

I just came across an outstanding resource for free educational and personal development audiobooks: LearnOutLoud.com. As I write this, I’m listening to a perfectly recorded free audio version of As A Man Thinketh by James Allen.
As I browsed around the site, I came across the following free titles that readers of this blog might be interested in:
Those just scratch the surface - the LearnOutLoud.com Free Directory has over 500 titles available in downloadable audio and streaming video format, and their podcast directory currently has 195 titles available in the Self Development category alone. I’d also recommend that you subscribe to their blog and newsletters so you can keep up to date on the newest titles as they are added.
Happy listening and learning!

One of the processes that Abraham-Hicks detail in their book “Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires” is the Place Mat Process. It’s a simple and effective way to lighten your load if your to-do list seems to be getting larger than you can handle.
Ellie Walsh of Living the Law of Attraction has created a beautiful, useful, and free template that you can use when planning your day using the Place Mat Process - both the process and the template (in pdf format) can be found at Ellie’s blog in the article So Many Things to Do? Tell Your Personal Assistant!.
Thanks for creating this, Ellie!
