Karen and Brad did a fantastic job of putting together an intelligent, clear, and just plain fun description of EFT. The walkthrough of a round of tapping on self-love and health issues was an amazing thing to experience. Whatever “level” (there are no levels) you consider yourself at when it comes to practicing EFT, “from never heard of it” to “super duper master wizard tapper”, you will get a lot out of this recording.
One of the cool things about EFT is the absolute freedom that can be used when applying it to various aspects of our lives.
Some may use the more “traditional” approaches detailed in the EFT Getting Started Manual, while others use different points, different phrasing, and different overall approaches to the topic.
Brad Yates‘ approach is one of the most positive and uplifting I’ve seen. His website, Success Beyond Belief with Brad Yates, is filled with introductory material to tapping that can be helpful to both absolute beginners and experienced users of EFT.
Below I’ve included an excellent video he’s released, called “Tap O’ the Mornin’”. It’s 7 minutes and 13 seconds that may help you get your day started of in a positive, uplifted frame of mind. If you are new to EFT, just follow along with Brad - then check out his website for a more in depth explanation of the various tapping points.
And don’t worry if you’ve already started your day. You can always start it over again with the video. I just did, and the emotional shift I experienced was amazing.
