Matrix of Mind Reality by Enoch Tan has one of those lines that, while I’ve read and heard it a million times before, the idea really struck me this time:

The Universal Equation E=MC2 does not mean Matter is converted Energy. It means Matter is Energy. [emphasis mine]

It’s not that we are trying to change anything… we are working with a form of energy right now.  Many supposedly spiritual people discount the the material.  All they are doing is cutting themselves off from spirituality itself.

I am a lazy man. Laziness keeps me from believing that enlightenment demands effort, discipline, strict diet, non-smoking, and other evidences of virtue. That’s about the worst heresy I could propose, but I have to be honest before I can be reverent. I am doing the work of writing this book to save myself the trouble of talking about it.

A man after my own heart!

But with much more wisdom than I have.

I’m grateful that he took the time to write (and record) this book.
